- Quantity & item type — chair runs, desk pallets, and phone booths have different crew and vehicle needs.
- Access — stairs, narrow doors, and after-hours windows affect labor time.
- Minimum orders — small single-item pickups are often showroom will-call. Bulk office orders qualify for routed delivery pricing.
