Size identification (A / B / C)

Flip the chair over and count the size-adjustment buttons on the rear mechanism housing: 1 button = Size A (small, roughly 5'0"–5'6"), 2 buttons = Size B (medium, roughly 5'4"–6'0"), 3 buttons = Size C (large, roughly 5'10"–6'6"). When ordering in bulk, specify the size mix you need and we will match from live inventory.

Classic vs. Remastered

Classic Aerons (pre-2016) use the original Pellicle mesh and a different tilt mechanism feel. Remastered Aerons (2016+) have updated mesh zones, a smoother Harmonic tilt, and refined arm cap designs. Both are fully supported for parts. Tell us which generation you prefer and we will quote from what is on the floor.

Common configurations

PostureFit SL lumbar, adjustable arms (standard or fully adjustable), forward tilt, and hard-floor or carpet casters. Arm pads and lumbar pads are checked for wear during inspection.
