Minimum quantities

We prioritize commercial lots — typically 10+ task chairs, multi-desk refreshes, or full-floor decommissions. Smaller quantities may be accepted when combined with other resaleable items on-site. Send photos and we will tell you quickly if the load fits our model.

How valuation works

We price based on brand, condition, quantity, disassembly requirements, and current warehouse demand. Premium seating and complete matching lots command stronger offers. Photos, a floor plan, or a walk-through help us quote accurately before scheduling pickup.

Timeline

Move-out deadlines drive scheduling. Many Bay Area pickups happen within one to two weeks once terms are agreed. Share your building access, elevator constraints, and hard move-out date on the intake form.
